Looking to hire North Head - SPG for a NBFC. The person will be responsible for implementing strategies for effective collections and recovery of overdue payments from customers in stressed Strategic accounts (critical NPA) to maximize overall profitability of Structured Product Group (SPG) for the assigned zone

Responsible for creating structured innovative solutions for stressed strategic accounts to fill the asset-liability gap for the assigned zone

Maintaining relationship with strategic stressed clients to facilitate recovery and ensure future business with the client for assigned zone

Business Outcomes

Facilitate collection and recovery in Strategic business with focus on critical NPA cases by creating innovative financial solutions customised for the clients in SPG

Facilitate collection and recovery in identified stressed accounts with focus on critical NPA cases

Facilitate loss claim recovery from the critical identified accounts in SPG

Continuously monitor billing vs. collection status and ensure closure of critical NPA cases in SPG

Facilitate repossession of assets in case of absolute failure to recover the loan

NPA as percentage of the total portfolio

Delinquent portfolio as % of total portfolio for Strategic Product Group

People

Manage the team through the establishment of goal setting and review mechanisms to achieve the business objectives

Ensure effective career and succession planning for all positions in the function.
