One of our premier client is a large business group in our country. They are known for professional management and ethical practices. They are looking for a Zonal Head for South. Knowledge of Tamil language is a must.

Qualification : Graduate, MBA

The brief jd is given below:

1. Network Expansion

a. Develop and ensure implementation of marketing strategies for the zone to promote new Franchisee Development with the support of Central Marketing team

b. Monitor market trends and competitors- activities to identify opportunities and key issues

2. Franchisee Operations

a. Develop and ensure implementation of systems and processes

b. Drive Customer Centricity among all Franchisees

c. Ensure all new Franchisees partners are aligned

d. Improve operations at Franchisees by continually

e. Ensure availability of parts to the Franchisees

f. Keep Management team informed about changing market dynamics

3. Budget, Profitability & Cost Efficiencies

a. Set targets for assigned group of Franchisees in the zone and monitor the same

b. Prepare annual budget for the zone and present the same to the Managing Committee at the Corporate

c. Monitor sales of spare parts and other offerings like WBW, insurances, etc. at FOFOs

d. Evaluate the financial yardsticks of Franchisee development, such as budgets, expenditures, return-on-

investment and profit-loss projections for existing and proposed franchisees

4. Team Management

a. Plan manpower for the zone aligned to business requirements and ensure acquisition

b. Plan and drive employee capability development & employee engagement at the zone

c. Guide, support and enable the Area Business Heads to operate at their highest potential
