Zonal Head - Sales - Pharma (8-12 yrs)

Position : Zonal Head - East & Bangladesh
HQ : Kolkata
Reporting to : VP - Sales & Marketing
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
The incumbent will be responsible for leading a team of sales managers (state heads). His/her role will encompass the below :
1. Driving sales through a Hybrid Distribution Model of doctors management and trade management.
2. He/She should be a good leader apart from remaining very focused towards the core agenda of customer service and sales deliverables.
3. The person will be responsible for maintaining/developing right infrastructure, systems & processes and business hygiene.
4. Dynamic leader who believes in change management and willing to take initiatives in those directions.
5. Position requires rigorous travelling across zone.
6. He/She will also be responsible for zonal sales profitability.
