Job Description :

Key Roles

1. Responsible for achieving the budgeted targets for EL finance volume, penetration, market share for the state product wise.

2. Setting up of EL retail finance business allotted zones

3. Achievement of loan book of - 3000 crs in two years.

4. Be among the top 3 Industry Players in two years.

5. P & L accountability and ensure ROA of 2% Net

6. Maintain rapport with Channel Partners, ensure good service levels to the channel partners as well as final customers

7. Ensure Quality of sourcing, adherence to laid down process and policy

8. Formulate innovative marketing schemes and undertake joint promotions

9. Monitor portfolio for early delinquent customers, quick mortality and ensure nil non-starters and keep a track of the portfolio for the zone along with credit and risk.

10. Implement policy and process changes to make the EL business on par with the best practices in the Industry.

11. Manage product functions including schemes, build new and innovative products and policies, cross sell with branches.

12. Prepare and circulate sales MlS, have special emphasis on Digital Loans, digital lead delivery.

13. Manage customer life cycle activities of EL loans

Team management

- Manage the recruiting, target setting, coaching, mentoring and performance monitoring of on roll and outsourced sales team

- Laisoning with the service provider for onboarding, attendance reporting and timely salary payout of outsourced sales staff

- Conducting regular performance Reviews with the sales team and taking course corrections when required

- Establish sales reporting mechanisms and following the reporting formats given from time to time

- Ability to analyze data and take corrective action.

- Relationship management

- To create excellent relationship with all stakeholders in the two wheeler business

- Ensuring approval and disbursement TAT in all channels

- Ensuring timely payouts as promised to the partners
