Zonal Head - Sales - EdTech - South Region (10-17 yrs)
Job description :
- Zonal Head would be a general management position for a particular Zone. Zonal Head would be a key liaison point between Regional Manager/Regional Officer/Subject Matter Expert and Business Units to ensure that all the student needs are served with consistent quality befitting the reputation of KC Overseas.
- Guide & Review Team Members for Daily Visits, Applications, Deposits & other parameters responsible for Student Conversions.
- Strategize and ensure proper execution of business plans for the zone
- Drive Student conversions from the assigned zones
- Monitor and Review Performance of the Teams from the assigned zone
- Review business for Conversions at associates' level and take necessary steps in coordination with the Head Office
- Coordinate with the BU Teams for Quicker Offers, University Reverts on I-20, CAS, COE, LOA etc
- Collate market intelligence and communicate the same with the objective to come up with calculated schemes
- Ensure Accounts Payables and Receivables are being managed with teams leading to reduced pendency in Payables and Receivables
- Ensure growth of customer base & customer satisfaction index
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship
- Analyse the competitive landscape and develop strategies in response to the competitor's move ccompetotor's
- Drive Associate Engagement to build relations with Key Partners with the objective of targeting Student Conversions from such Key Associates
- Meeting with Study Abroad Consultants to get first hand experience of market and on field training team members
- Analyze the competitive landscape and develop strategies in response to competitor's move
Job requirements :
- Having overall experience of at least 10 years, in that minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience in the Overseas Education Industry
- Ability to coordinate with large teams
- Proven ability to drive the process from planning to closure
- Analytical Skills to interpret data and take necessary actions
Interpersonal Skills :
- Ownership & Leading by Example
- Good command over English and Regional Language
- In depth understanding of Sales Network in the Industry
- Knowledge of local geography
- Candidates having management Graduate Degree (MBA) will be preferred
- Understand and effectively communicate company's value proposition, tech and processes
