Zonal Head - Sales - BFSI - South (15-20 yrs)
Looking for Zonal Sales Head - South for one the financial companies.
1. Responsible for launching business operations and building a stable team across verticals
2. Distribution build up and marketing
3. Business volume - responsible for achievement of business target of the region
4. Profitability - responsible for portfolio profitability
5. Delinquency - jointly responsible with Credit to keep the delinquency levels below 0.25%
6. New branch opening - responsible for setting up of new branches within stipulated timelines
7. Hiring and Retention - responsible for adequately staffing the team and ensure less than 5% attrition in the region
Qualification: Graduate/Post graduate
Desired Experience:
1. Minimum 15 years experience in Retail Sales & Mortgage, preferably with experience in affordable housing and informal income segment
2. Have managed deep geos and led cluster of branches
3. Should have led the business at zonal/state level in multi location structure with strong understanding of business dynamics and should have demonstrated high impact results
