A major Auto OEM(market leader) is looking for a Zonal Head - North India . The Zonal Head would handle a team of 5 RSMs (State Heads) and would be responsible for heading the P&L/operations for the entire region.

Job Responsibilities:

- Formulating strategies for overall accomplishment of top & bottom-line profitability for the Zone

- Forecasting sales targets and executing them in a given time frame

- Leading the Sales team and ensuring the achievement of the assigned targets.

- Organising Market Promotion activities in collaboration with Marketing Team for customer interaction and penetration in the market

- Developing new network, maintaining year-on year growth based on product range and conducting different drives to give a boost to the market

- Managing and monitoring the network development in the defined areas.

- Providing expert analysis of market conditions by gathering key data, analyzing trends, creating reports and offering comprehensive evaluations to meet clientele's objectives

- Identifying improvement areas & implementing measures to maximise customer satisfaction

- Monitoring, training & motivating the manpower & ensuring quality deliverables in the market

Looking for candidates with 14+ yrs of experience with industry experience in Tyres/ Lubricants/ Paints mandatory- Strong experience in Dealer & Distribution channel with an exposure to handling high volumes (over 1000 crores per annum)

MBA - Full time from a good institute (Must)

Age - 45 Max
