Zonal Head - Retail Liabilities - BFSI (8-14 yrs)

Key postion with my client,

- Will lead a team of highly qualified Branch Managers

- Zonal Head will be responsible for 10/12 branches business

- Ensure quality sourcing of all liabilities products

- KYC adherence

- Strong leadership skills to develop and lead the team of Managers/Divisional Managers /Deputy Manager ..

- Budget follow up- To achieve budgeted business targets of the Cluster region assigned by the management on month on month basis across all parameters

- To start business in new locations for generating Business from untapped areas.

- Retention of existing customers from competition by delivering quality service Client - Delivering unmatched customer service; environmental related Problem Solving

- Team management & Training Monitoring the performance of the reporting RMs and Field officers; Ensuring staff Productivity of both RM and Field officers.

- To manage the Branch profitability by constantly endeavoring to bring up productivity and also ensuring reduction in costs in areas deemed desirable by the management.

- To monitor the performance, recruitment of all branch personnel

- Maintenance of statutory timings, discipline, cleanliness of the branch (as per the guidelines)

- Regular feedback about . new product, pricing, and competitor & activity

- Ensure the security, policies and audit procedures are followed as outlined by policy.

- Manage operations and customer service activities of the branch, in delivering

- Candidate from Mumbai with prior experience in Retail liabilities and handling multiple branches
