- Supervise the team of senior corporate bankers and the analysts
- Acquire new client relationships and grow & maintain high quality, profitable and broad based relationships with existing client base.
- Ensuring stability of income from existing set of clients and explore avenues for new income generation from existing as well as new clients
- Develop industry specific knowledge for clients in the portfolio
- Develop a sophisticated understanding of various pertinent regulations
- Practice and preach the values of the bank and integrity and zero tolerance for compliance or regulatory slippages.
- To maintain high quality standards of documentation, client communication, process compliance, on-going basis with product partners /Online Security and Fraud division /Risk Management and other Relationship Management groups
- Assess banking needs and risks for clients and manage client relationships accordingly to optimize risk-reward for the Bank
