Looking for Zonal Head - Emerging Micro and MSME vertical.

Vertical : LAP (assets), SME, MSME, emerging micro business

Job location : Ahmedabad

Job description and requirements :

- Min graduate, MBA preferred

- Based out of Bangalore, candidate will handle two verticals in KARNATAKA

- Min 15 yrs exp in managing large teams for LAP business - high ticket size plus SME loans

- Current team size should be 20+ and already managing at least a region.

Products will be :

a) High Ticket LAP to corporate, SMEs

b) Business loan to emerging enterprises, small business loans etc

c) Secured Business Loans - HIGH TICKET SIZE

Looking for candidates :

a) With currently at Regional level

b) Handling multiple locations and team for LAP business to mid and large corporates

c) Exposure in business loans is added advantage.

MINIMUM 15 YEARS EXPERIENCE AND CURRENT SALARY AROUND 15-20 LAKHS.

CTC OFFERED IS AROUND 30 LAKHS, BAND WOULD BE VICE PRESIDENT
