Zonal Head - Human Resource - BFSI

Job Description :

- Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment : Responsible for sourcing right fit for open positions. Mentoring and guiding the regional team for recruitment assistants.

- Induction, Training & Onboarding : Taking new joiners & Propeller sessions for policy/procedure briefing, organization culture etc.

- Business Partner : Partnering with Business to understand manpower requirements and facilitating the same through various channels.

- Employee Engagement and Relations : SPOC for all employees/ ex employees issues, clarification, concerns and grievances.

- HR Operation : Handling query related to compensation disbursement of Salary and Advances, full & final settlements, Statutory dues, PF, gratuity etc.

- Payroll : Ensuring the attendance inputs from various region reach for salary processing on time.

Its a team handing role (Person will take care of Haryana, Punjab, Himanchal Pradesh, Rajasthan, J&K, Uttar Pradesh and Uttrakhand etc for Branch Banking)
