Zonal Head - Finance & Accounts - CA/ICWA (12-18 yrs)
The Zonal Head - Finance is a key leadership position providing expertise and business support.
This position is expected to guide and support the plant managers in taking appropriate decisions related to manufacturing finance.
Key Skills and Abilities:
- Communicates effectively across all organizational levels.
- Uses analysis to support sound business decisions.
- Understands Client's value to customers and uses Financial /Costing skills to improve efficiency in plant operations.
- Energized by working in a matrix environment with various direct and indirect reporting relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Credit assessment of customers and credit recommendation
- Debtors control & collection (regular monitoring)
- Personally visit the largest customers to establish relations
- Scrutinize all accounts on an on-going basis and ensure compliance as per accounting policies.
- Finalization of annual accounts and interaction with internal / external auditors.
- Key interface for Finance head, India
- Effectively analyze, communicate and drive initiatives.
- Drive efficient processes to reduce variances and risk management.
- Lead/support special projects as necessary.
Qualifications/Requirements
- CA/ ICWA.
- 12 -15+ years prior experience in finance, costing and audit
- Manufacturing experience - preferable
- Excellent analytics and communication skills
- English fluency - written and spoken
- Presentation skills
- Attention to detail
