Zonal Head - Field Collections

Role Description

- Senior Collection leader with the hands on analytical skills to handle PAN INDIA Field Collection

- Must be efficient enough to setup larger Field collection team, especially Tier 2, 3 & 4 Markets.

- Responsible for Cost of collection and Cost of Default. NPA, Recovery and Legal management Handy.

- Collection Team Management including regular review, training/coaching the team members at all levels in the vertical.

- Define SOPs, functional guidelines and ensure accuracy and completeness of collection transactions, bucketing, agency allocation logics.

- Ensuring code of conduct, compliance and laid process are followed without any deviation by the entire team members.

Attributes we are looking for:

- 10+ years of experience, with experience in Collection Management - Mid to Senior Level assignments. Experience in New age NBFCs or Banks or Fintech is mandatory.

- Graduate or Post graduate.

- Experience of managing Pan India Field Collection is mandatory. Comfortable in setting infrastructure and must have experience in Hard bucket collections and Legal initiations.

- Ability to get down and dirty on the ground to speak to customers and agents to figure out actual problems and fix them - High Proficiency in MS Excel.
