Zonal Head - Education (4-7 yrs)
Complete Profit and Loss responsibility for the schools being managed and activities will include the following:
- Day-to- day operation and management of schools with staff strength of around 75 per school.
- Managing a team comprising of academicians, marketing managers and school staff.
- Academic delivery and management of parents: parent engagement and interaction to manage expectations
- MIS and qualitative review of academics delivery at schools (content being provided by a central team).
- Administrative / Operational activities: ensuring smooth operations of the school and resolving any issues that arise from time to time.
- Acquiring Schools / finding new location for schools: as part of expansion for successive Academic Years.
- Marketing/sales: pro-active sales/marketing for the first 2-3 years to achieve admission targets.
- Graduated from a top tier management institute
- Experience in retail or B2B Sales or operations management between 4 - 7 years. Entrepreneurial experience preferred.
