The key responsibilities are :
1. Overall responsible for operations, Business Development, Collections and organic growth for the Zone.
2. High level of client relationship. management
3. Will be responsible for HR/Compliance and Finance as all these representatives also will have admin reporting to this position.
4. Providing input on contractual terms, commercials and mobilizing the contracts.
5. Man Management in terms of appraisals, motivation, guidance and supervision.

1. High on interpersonal skills and team work.
2. High on Spoken & Written English.
3. Good Administrator.
4. High on Excel and PowerPoint.
5. High on numbers in terms of targets Vs Achievement, Collections and predictions on business figures.
6. Leadership skills in terms of lead by example.
7. High on self-discipline.
Key requirements :
1. Graduate or Hotel Management diploma/degree compulsory. Post-graduation in Operation management preferable.
2. High on agility as need to travel locally and other states on continuous basis.
3. 4 wheeler driving license and own car is must.
4. Well versed with the geography of Maharashtra/Mumbai and Gujarat . Telangana optional.
