Zonal Head - Cleaning Solutions - B2B Business (12-22 yrs)
A leading consumer durable company of India requires a professional for heading the B2B business at the Zonal level.
Role:
Responsible for heading the B2B business for the South Zone
Reporting Structure :- Reports to CxO level
Positions reporting in Key Account Managers
Job Description
- Handling a particular region, leading the team, to achieve targets.
- Ensuring receivables within credit period.
- Managing inventories and also responsible for customer satisfaction in the zone.
- Training sales team for B2B sales and guiding them to develop and nurture key accounts, develop channel sales and open new markets.
- Defining clear sales objective for the team on market mapping, sales calls, repeat sales and key account sales.
Requirements
Experience: 12-22 years
Education: Any degree
- Should have proven experience in team management, key account management, institutional channel development.
- Should have experience in Cleaning solutions or Facility Management companies with experience in handling Cleaning Service providers.
Salary range - 17 - 23 LPA
