Zonal Head - Business Development - FTL Distribution Business - South/West

1. Lead & Develop FTL(Full Truck Load) distribution business within their respective zone / region.

2. Ability to manage a team of BD executives.

3. Understanding of commercial proposals preparation & negotiations.

4. Responsible for training the team.

5. Responsible for payment collections from their zone / region.

6. Responsible for overall operations & SLAs

7. Looking after FTL operations.
