Profile : Zonal Head- Bancassurance

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 15+ Yrs. overall in LI Banca (10+ yrs. in team handling in LI Bancassurance with at-least 5-6 yrs. exp. in managing PSU banks with team size of 70+ on-roll members from life insurance industry only)

CTC : Open to discuss

Qualification : MBA/PG in Marketing from a reputed institute

Industry : Life Insurance

Job Responsibilities :

- Undertake strategic planning on achieving sales targets for the zone.

- Develop sales targets for the cluster/region within the zone.

- Ensure monitoring and analysis of performance.

- Provide inputs for product improvements, new product launches and improvement in sales processes.

- Manage & enhance relationship with the Zonal Managers/county heads of the partner banks.

- Ensure achievement of sales targets for the zone.

- Effectively manage overheads and thus ensure reduction in of cost of operations for the zone.

- Ensure company provides superior sales experience to its customers in the zone.

- Develop the recruitment and training plan for the zone's distribution team in line with the overall recruitment & training plan as well as ensure timely recruitment and training of the team as per the plan.

- Take responsibility for development of regional managers and planning for succession; acting as a mentor and coach and taking follow up action to ensure employee satisfaction and motivation.

Key Performance Indicators :

- Relationship with Zonal Managers/Country heads and team of the partner banks.

- Employee satisfaction.

- Customer satisfaction.

- Sales Target achievement.

- Zone's Profitability achievement.

- Zone's Sales force productivity.

- Zone's Branch productivity.

Required Competencies :

- 5-6 yrs. experience in dealing with Public sector banks.

- Building Customer Focus.

- Good Communication and presentation Skills.

- Leading & Developing People.

- Market knowledge.

- 15+ yrs. Bancassurance experience from LI Industry.

- Sales & distribution operations understanding.
