Zonal Head - Agri Credit - North - Responsible for Agri Credit cases for the region. - Oversee Assessment & underwriting for all working capital products like Cash Credit, ODAP, Bank Guarantee, ILC,FLC, DRUL, EPC (Export packing credit),Term loan, Project Finance etc.. - Handling SEG (Small Exposure Group) catering SME customer having turnover greater than 10 Cr+ . - Manage a team of credit professionals across branches in Northern region. - Hands-on experience in managing credit transactions/ operations including improving risk management policies; monitoring & controlling mechanisms, procedures & systems to detect transactions outside established parameters. - Tracking performance of portfolio and follow up on high deviation cases, highlighting critical risk zones and securing portfolio with collaterals in high risk cases leading to reduction in delinquencies. - Identify and report all negative events & early warning signals on potential problematic accounts/ relationships & signs of stress in client relationships, design strategies to address the stress and take pre-emptive measures to protect portfolio quality. - Presenting credit proposals / Reports to appropriate committee, as and when required. - Review of Quarterly Call Reports and Regular engagement / meeting with clients. - Contribute suggestions for process and workflow improvisation. - Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients for data collection, compliance and co-ordination with internal & external auditors.
