- Spearhead zonal digital initiatives to drive sales & marketing objectives. - Ensure prominent digital presence for our brands across zonal &amp; regional on-trade and off-trade partners. - Drive online activations, scout for online partnerships, CRM, and database marketing. - Plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns for respective Zone in line with agreed BDP. - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) for respective Zone. - Use the social media platforms to effectively reach out to and engage with consumers in the respective Zone. - Preferably MBA with 5-7 years of experience in FMCG/Consumer durables/Product companies out of which minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience &amp; social media initiatives with a good understanding of all social media platforms. - Experience in Media Buying-Track record of increasing digital reach and engagement through various digital initiatives. - Self Starter with the ability to work in an individual capacity while being self-motivated. - Should have Ran and managed campaigns that delivered Digital KPIs. - Good understanding of Data Analytics and Budgets related to digital projects - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
