Zonal Credit Manager (SEB) - Working Capital with a Leading Bank
- Appraises /recommends/ approves proposals as per the delegation of authority.
- Ensures adherence to established guidelines and conducts periodic audits to ensure adherence and maintenance of highest quality standards of documentation, client communication, process compliance.
- Communicates on an ongoing basis with product partner and other Relationship Management group to ensure understanding of compliance and regulatory guidelines.
- Reviews delinquent cases and documents learning's / portfolio reviews for risk management
- Conducts process audits and records delinquencies and recommends changes to policy / process based on local nuances / competitor feedback.
- Implements system integration plans and monitors NPA and keep a track of it.
- Ensures filed visit is done and customer visits are being done for PD.
- Manages Overall PDD.
