Zonal Credit Manager - MSME Segment - NBFC

Job Description

1) Deep understanding of MSME Credit Underwriting and different type of credit structures that are offered by NBFCs. including secured and unsecured loans

2) Deep understanding of analyzing financial statements and cash flows of Mid-Corporate entities and a good sector knowledge.

3) He / She must be comfortable in underwriting loans both with and without mortgage as underlying collateral. Mortgage would include residential/ commercial/ industrial properties. Non-mortgage could be Unsecured loan, machinery etc.

5) He/ She must have a deep understanding of post disbursement monitoring like PDD Monitoring, EWS Monitoring, Audit checks

6) He / She must have had an exposure of preparing approval memos and engaging with approving authorities and committees to represent the strengths and weaknesses etc.

7) He / She should be able to manage and control bounce and delinquency and help in recoveries

8) He/ She should give there inputs in policy changes, new product offering etc
