Zonal Credit Manager - Home Loan - BFS

Job Description :

- Responsible for Credit & Risk appraisal of LAP and Home loan applications for Rajasthan

- Appraising deviations basis mitigants, relationship, local market knowledge, etc.

- Training team about changing regulatory and compliance norms.

- Proper Due diligence.

- Meeting customers to understand their needs and structure a proposal which fulfils both customer and organization policies

- Using different avenues to get the customer information while underwriting

- Recommending, presenting and getting proposals/cases approved at various credit committees

- Interacting various vendors to ensure best practices are followed and gaps (if any) are plugged

- Responsible for UAT and implementation of all system/process changes

- Closely tracking of delinquent customers to ensue these remain in lowest bucket and learnings from these are implemented for future cases

- Managing Post Disbursal Documents

- Annual review of all high ticket cases after disbursement
