Zonal Credit Manager - Business Loan - BFSI - CA

JOB TITLE : Zonal Credit Manager- Business Loan - Delhi

REPORTS TO : National Credit Manager

JOB ROLE :

- Responsible to maintain highest level of credit under writing standards, compliance to laid down guidelines and portfolio quality norms. Also, framing of policy guidelines and achieve productivity benchmark.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Optimal utilization of Credit and Operation resources to achieve productivity norms

- Close monitoring of underwriting practices and due diligence to ensure adherence to laid down policy guidelines

- Credit Underwriting with highest quality standards

- Timely and adequate hiring of credit strength to maintain quality standards & TAT

- Managing PDD, OTC & Delinquency in line with set targets

- Vendor management - including ongoing due diligence to maintain highest standards of quality

- Strengthen the post disbursal due diligence in terms of hind sighting and timely addressing the audit observations.

- Close interaction with collections to strengthen the collection and recovery mechanism including pre-delinquency management

- System and Process refinements to enhance productivity in terms of TAT, optimal resource utilization, smooth movement of transaction E2E

- Setting up new locations

- Policy & Product refinements/ enhancements

- Ongoing trainings for sales, credit, operations, collections and channel partners

KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE :

- Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience with leading players.

- Chartered Accountant.
