Hiring for National Credit Manager for NBFC

Base : Delhi

Product to be handled : Business Loan & High value LAP

Responsibilities :

1. Oversee the underwriting of the loans for North & West-India

2. Review the underwriting process and define processes as per available resources

3. Evolve credit appraisal methods for conducting PD based income appraisal for undocumented income customer segment.

- Identify and lead initiatives for process improvement and technology adoption for risk management, reporting and operations management

4. Evaluate and approve regional level underwriting norms as proposed by regional teams/ product teams

5. Oversee Identification and resolution of fraudulent practices and mitigate risk through changes in policy and process

6. Oversee external agents for verification process Fraud investigation,

7. Legal verification and technical evaluation

8. Resource planning and management at Pan-India level for smooth running of operations
