Zonal Credit Head - Loan Against Property

- Responsible for credit evaluation and underwriting of high ticket LAP (Loan against property) to the SME customers.

- Facilitating the business team for delivery of business numbers and revenue targets

- Conducting training for business team and channel partners on credit policy and processes.

- Control over all Functions like Credit , Vendor Management .

- Fraud detection and process strengthening

- Monitoring/Scuritizing all legal documents executed for all borrower accounts, maintenance and circulation of credit administration MIS on periodical basis.

- Ensuring TAT: Monitoring & actions to ensure Turn-Around-Time

- Credit team management & maintaining the productivity as per KRA.

- Possess an insight of legal and technical aspects of properties

- Appraisal and analysis of credit worthiness of different kind of profiles including high networth customers for LAP applications

- Assessment of Legal and technical feasibility of the property being funded and mortgaged

- Introducing Policy changes for safe & healthy Portfolio
