Role:- - Managing Credit and Risk underwriting at Head office for PAN India Business sourcing of educational institution - Secured and Unsecured Lending. - Structuring high value deals for Educational institutes which requires capital for expansion - Structuring of transactions to suit the borrower needs in terms of repayment, security and guarantee. Should have good command over financials and ratios. - Recommending and presenting cases to credit head and management committee - Adhering to policies and guidelines on credit appraisal - Monitoring collections through collections manager and understand gaps which could be used as reference for other cases. - Managing vendors for Credit, Legal and technical w.r.t. TAT and report quality - Managing CPA shop and liaise with operations to ensure easy movement of cases from login to disbursement. Qualification : CA/MBA - preferably with 5+ yrs of experience
