Zonal Credit Head - BFS - West (10-14 yrs)
Looking to hire a Zonal Credit Manager (for Unsecured & Secured Business Loans) for our client.
The incumbent will be responsible to lead the function for Maharashtra, Gujarat & MP.
Location: Mumbai
Role :
1. Establish key qualification rules and credit worthiness of applicants
2. Preparing credit evaluation reports evaluating risk in borrower, transaction and underlying security and making recommendations
3. Expert knowledge of Industry specific, market knowledge and trend; and financials with key ratio & their impact
4. Preparing review and renewal credit reports for revisiting the limits and assessing the same for credit alerts
5. Working on new credit monitoring measures and credit triggers and their tracking
6. Monitoring and proactively highlighting risk in the portfolio of loans or the underlying security or the client
7. Meeting clients at regular intervals and making detailed visit reports for further information on the clients
8. Liasioning and networking in the industry to seek reference checks for clients as well as understanding the industry & economy dynamics
9. Ensuring the approvals are taken as per policies laid down and ensuring the internal policies on credit are not violated
Desired experience :
- Relevant credit assessment experience of 10+ years with approval authority of 40-50 lacs and conducting client site inspection. Willing to travel
- Should have hands on exposure in Credit assessment, appraisal, approvals & administration of the policies, Creation of policies, portfolio management/surveillance & credit scoring
- Must be strong in Compliance and have an understanding of the Regulatory framework
- Education qualification - CA/MBA (Finance) (passing year 2011 or earlier)
- Age- 33 to 36 years old
- Preferred experience- NBFC/Banks handling unsecured and secured business loan underwriting
