Head of collections
Key Responsibilities :
Soft Collections Management and Target Stratagem :
- Responsible for Collections Phase and deliver the targeted performance and costs
- Actively participating in desigining & implementation of SOFT collection process & compliances
- In line with the requirement with the cooridnation of process desk
- Ensure the business needs of Awarness Calling / Welcome calling / SMS activities / Call centre activities are met for controlling front end delinquency flow & field coordination across the buckets
- Identification of early bucket frauds / skips / tough cases and referring to RCU for actions
- Ensuring Portfolio reviews of FC collection Soft staff, Soft collection Agencies. Publishing of monthly performance of channels with the help of ACM's
- Develop low cost collecitons Model and Minimise cost of collections
- Giving triggers to management in terms of risk / skip analysis of various business segments / regions etc through analysis of specific portfolio
Project Management & Collections Strategy :
- Define & Design various process for soft collections to improve performance matrix across soft collections buckets
- Optimization of Cost of Collections
- Adhoc & time to time designing of new Collections contests based on the month, region, etc.
- Giving triggers to management in terms of risk analysis of various business segments / regions etc through analysis of specific portfolio
Supervision of Collection Module & development of the same :
- To ensure the usage of collection module at branches to the fullest
- To ensure training of collection module to end users
- To collect the requirements from branches for enhancing the collection module and to analyse the same at regular intervals
- To ensure the working of Help Desk at HO and timely resolution of end user's problems
