Zonal Collection Manager - FinTech - North

 - Reporting to the National Credit head of the Organisation you will be responsible for-

- Director resolution will be responsible for delivering recovery results from the acquired portfolios.

- Scale the partner network on a pan India basis to support business scale

- Formulate/ finalise resolution plans for the financial assets and analyse the funding requirements

Job Description : 

- Reporting to the National Credit head of the Organisation you will be responsible for-

- Director resolution will be responsible for delivering recovery results from the acquired portfolios.

- Scale the partner network on a pan India basis to support business scale

- Formulate/ finalise resolution plans for the financial assets and analyse the funding requirements

Profile : 

- Over 10+ years work experience in managing national or large zonal collection teams for retail unsecured loans/credit cards for banks or large NBFCs

- Experience in banking, NBFC/ARC in recoveries and collections

- Excellent logic and problem solving skills and are numbers driven.

- Self-driven & energetic operations expertise

- Experience in building collection operations from the ground-up and scaling them is a big plus

- Top-notch people management skills

- Experience in scaling your team talent and are Adept at recruiting, motivating and mentoring talent
