Role is to manage collections in Rural Markets

- Develop and implement collection strategies to optimize recovery rates across the zone. Analyze and monitor collection metrics to identify areas for improvement. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of collection officers and managers.

- Provide training and development to ensure high performance and adherence to collection protocols. Market Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the market to understand economic trends, customer behavior, and regional challenges. Use market insights to adjust collection strategies and address specific regional issues.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

- Resolve escalated collection issues and disputes promptly and effectively. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to collections. Prepare and present regular reports on collection performance, challenges, and strategies to senior management. Financial Management: Monitor and manage collection budgets and expenses within the zone. Implement cost-effective measures to enhance collection efficiency and reduce operational costs. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the collection process.

- Develop contingency plans to address potential collection challenges. Skills Required: In-depth knowledge of the market and economic trends. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record in developing and implementing effective collection strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to collections. Nice to Have Skills: Experience in financial services or banking.
