Zonal Channel Manager - CASA - Bank

Hiring for Zonal Channel Manager with a leading Bank- CASA

- The role holder is responsible for managing the team of Regional Current/Saving Account (CA/SA) Channel Managers and responsible for building current/saving account book for the Retail Banking unit.

- The incumbent should possess strong current/saving account product knowledge and should have relevant field experience in driving a team spread across diverse geographies.

- He/ She should be able to drive the overall CA/SA business through active engagement with the regional and zonal leadership through his own team deployed across regions.

Past Experience:

- 15-20 years with at least 5-7 years in regional leadership role

- Prior experience in Retail Branch Banking/ CA/SA product teams

- Good understanding of Self-employed, TASC and Institutional customer segments. No specific certification required
