Job Description
Job Title: Zonal Channel Manager- BRM (Branch Relationship Management)
Function/Department: Retail Liabilities
Location: Mumbai- BKC
Reporting to: Head- BRM
Job Purpose:
Governance coverage for respective zones. Monitor performance parameters and support team with timely customer intervention metric to dive book and portfolio buildup and product penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage, drive and monitor BRM channel for assigned geography as per defined benchmarks.
2. Ensure BRMs are - on boarded & trained to enable customer engagement as per defined protocols.
3. Work with CH, Branches to ensure that BRMs achieve CA portfolio plans in terms of value growth, balance maintenance, transactions activity/ continuity in the account, monitoring and controlling depletion.
4. Ensure that customer profilers are updated at all times by BRMs for portfolio customers.
5. Hand-hold BRMs for enriching customer profiler, understanding customer's banking needs and offering solutions and product that match customer's needs.
6. Product and Solution to include - current account, cash management services, door-step banking, Trade Finance, retail assets products, working capital, SA, FD and third-party products.
