Zonal Business Manager - Sales - Steel/Cement/Paints - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI (14-20 yrs)
Job Description :
- Responsible for the sale of Steel, Cement and Paints to Aikyam customers by identifying the open spaces in the customer set
- Work closely with the respective teams of Steel, Cement and Paint to deliver the volumes
- Formulate the Sales & Marketing plans for the given Aikyam customers keeping in view the business growth plans of the customers, the external macro conditions and our internal priorities
- Achieve Sales targets while optimizing NSR & EBIDTA taking into consideration sustainable price levels vis- vis competition & internal costing constraints
- Regular review of the Aikyam set in terms of which accounts to keep, which to add and which to delete
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction through proper servicing through the team and to be measured through a C SAT score
- Ensuring proper use of the Aikyam app to track project level status
Critical Tasks :
Product Planning :
- Provide information for management by preparing short term and long term product sales forecasts
- Identify key challenges & enablers to achieve milestones in-line with Annual Business plan
- Market size study Geography wise, SKU wise & competition wise to assess market share
- Keep a close tab on competition new offerings
Sales :
- Formulate & execute sales & marketing strategy to achieve annual, quarterly & monthly sales plan both volume and value
- Driving & supporting KAMs to achieve aggressive volume targets
- Ensure market share as per Sales volume targets while sustaining value
- Liaison with regional teams to liquidate old stocks at plants and stockyards
- Ensure collections are tracked and overdue status is improved
Market/Product development :
- Analyze end application insights to identify new product development opportunities
- Interact with customers to explore market opportunities
- Work closely with branch team to identify and address gaps in market reach
- Work closely with central marketing team
Approvals :
- Work very closely with the approvals teams of various businesses to ensure we have the necessary approvals both for the Govt. and the Private sector projects
Customer Satisfaction :
- Understand the stated and unstated needs of the customer, ensuring execution through the various arms of the organization so that there is a significant progress on the C SAT scores
Educational Background and Work Experience :
- B.E/B.Tech top Institute with M.B.A from premium institute or Relevant Experience in the construction industry
- B2B Sales Experience
