Zonal Business Manager - North - FMCG/FMCD

1. Lead the development and execution of replacement sales strategies across all product lines and Provide strategic leadership and direction to Replacement sales in region.

2. Sales Strategy & Plans :

- Sales forecasting accuracy

- Channel expansion

3. Market Mapping & Development

4. Commercial Management

5. People and capability development

- Sales experience from within the direct marketing industry including 5 years managing P&L and sales executives within a direct marketing services organization.

- Knowledge of business concepts; profit; margin; variable cost; ROI etc should be there.
