Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve Volume Targets and Build Brand through continuous Channel Management for the designated Zone.
- Identify Strategic Markets and Prospective Dealers in the designated zone and exploit opportunities of Network Expansion in same.
- Inventory & Debt Management in product and service sales across the zone.
- Liaison with the concerned whenever required for smooth and cost-effective logistics, order processing, improving efficiency, cost-savings and smooth order processing.
- Liaison with the govt. and regulatory bodies whenever required for the smooth operation and meet compliances and auditory requirements. Country specific or otherwise.
- Understand the potential of products in the international markets and device pricing strategy based on that.
- Implement launch of products at approved prices, implement actions for brand building and marketing, service and spares related action.
- Develop the plan for service and spares business to develop.
- Responsible for dealer's financial health and work for the best interests of Dealers as well as the company.
- Managing Team Performance and motivation in a highly competitive market
Should have experience in Automobile and exports.
