Desingation / Compensation : If AGM then CTC can go upto 27 Lacs, If DGM then Upto 37 Lacs.

In South India CTC can go upto 43 Lacs (Negotiable)

Job Location : Shall be disclosed after verbal discussion

Preference Industry : only Telecom, FMCG, Consumer Durable & Paints

Eligibility Criteria : MBA should be from Tier1 Institute.

For AGM level MBA should be from 2008, 09, 10 & 11 batch.

For DGM level MBA should be from 2004 to 2008 batch and current CTC should not be less than 28 Lacs.

For South position the candidate has to be from Tier1 MBA institute (Full Time) and the CTC can go upto 43 Lacs (Negotiable).

Role Purpose:

- Directing zonal operations (including associated branch) to grow customer and revenue market share

- Responsible for managing gross and net adds/total revenue through market and distribution planning, channel management, customer service delivery and brand initiative implementation

- Ensuring smooth operations while identifying opportunities for cost control on an ongoing basis
