Purpose : Create on-ground awareness for the brand and drive preference for the brand, ensure consistent brand language across touch points, help generate business within the respective Zones and cascade the overall marketing roadmap through Zonal initiatives Business Planning : - Understand business objectives for the Zone and develop a Marketing plan for the zone for the end consumer and the network - Develop local marketing programs to solve for problems specific to the zone: evaluate new channels for communication to effectively and efficiently communicate to the consumer on our proposition - Develop and propose marketing budget for the zone basis competition benchmarking and growth requirements; monitor adherence to the approved plan and budget - Develop the annual marketing calendar for the Region including event tie-ups, channel promotions and other visibility initiatives the organization needs to undertake - Scan the business environment on a continuous basis to identify, analyze and capture market trends and share the same with central marketing team and the Zonal sales head - Maintaining uniform Brand Codes as stipulated by the Central Brand building &amp; Brand development team Marketing Operations - Understand branding guidelines and ensure accurate reflection of brand identify in all marketing initiatives undertaken in the Region - Coordinate with local vendors to customize brand creative to local requirements while ensuring alignment to Corporate guidelines - Identify local partners / affiliates and methods for lead generation - Identify events or forums with opportunities for participation and evaluate participation basis ROI and Brand needs - Drive execution of the BTL marketing activities including event tie-ups, dealer and retailer promotions and other visibility initiatives - Build and effectively manage relationships with agency partners - Work closely with Zonal Sales teams to plan and execute new product launches including development of collateral for partners and launch events. - Engage with the influencers of the category in a meaningful way consistently - Sharing and taking learning from across zones for best practices
