Zolve - Credit Analyst

Responsibilities :

- Help to build credit risk decision strategies for retail lending with a unique value proposition.

- Collaborate with the Analytics team on Credit model development & validation from time to time to incorporate new data sources, meet the advanced machine learning evaluation techniques.

- Deep understanding of credit scoring and portfolio management techniques, strategies, and credit risk management principles.

- Implement underwriting mechanisms for digital underwriting and authorization strategies.

- Able to understand product offerings and give insights on building risk strategies, acquisition strategies, product strategies, and overall business & market dynamics for portfolio growth.

- Support day to day operational risk management and credit life cycle management.

Requirements :

- 2-4 years of relevant work experience

- Should have worked in lending start-ups/Fintech/ Neo bank with Strong analytical, numerical, research and problem solving skills

- Hands-on Exposure to statistical concepts, SQL, R, Python, and analytical approaches.

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
