Business Development Manager

- End to end business development of the assigned territory which includes planning and building short and long-term supply of Universities & Colleges across the region

- Ability to handle a revenue generation of around 15 to 20 crores a year

- Identifying and finalizing new properties and maintaining a strong relationship with all the stakeholders , College owners.

- College Hostel Owners, College Principals, University Chairmans, Deans Of Colleges, Deans of Universities

- Should have handled the Campus & Universities in their previous roles

- Liaisoning & negotiating with Campuses & Universities to enrol students in Co living spaces, Hostels

- Should have the ability to connect with College Principals, Board Members, University Principals , Board Members directly & take over their hostels to be run by Zolo Stays for profit

- Track upcoming developments & create a pipeline.

- Market Mapping Survey of New Potential location.

- Complete and process appropriate legal documents and forms from the landlord related to the lease.

- Liaison between Colleges / University and other departments Like Accounts, Legal and Store Operations Team.

- Ensuring timely closure of the agreements with the legal and University / College owners.

- Responsible for end to end business development - ensuring signing with Universities / Colleges and live targets for the business

- Responsible for P&L and market share driven growth decision

- Building and leading the business development team through efficient performance management systems

- Undertaking training and mentoring the team to deliver the best results
