Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ability to identify Blue Collared Staffing Vendors across the country
- Ability to do the pricing & costing with them on slab system or otherwise
- Ensure the vendors are driven to deliver on the manpower on a regular ( timely & qualitative basis )
- Ensure Vendor Metrics is prepared & implemented
- Drive the vendors to fulfill as defined in the vendor metrics
- Should have proven experience as a Manpower sourcing manager
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management, relevant software
- Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
- Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
- Solid judgement with ability to make good decisions
- Manage the company's supply portfolio ensuring transparency of spending
- Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
- Estimate risks and apply risk minimizing techniques
Experience & Qualifications:
- Should be an MBA from an Institute of repute
- Min. Experience of 8 - 10 years in Blue collar sourcing ( Direct & vendor )
- Should be willing to travel
- Should be willing to work out of Bangalore
