Reporting to : Zeassetz CEO Roles and Responsibilities : Program Management Activities: - Planning and designing the program and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues, and initiating appropriate corrective action - Manage the PMO (Program Management Office) for the Business Unit - Track performance metrics (financial and non-financial) of different business accounts to identify problems impacting business growth. - Lead strategic business initiatives that are critical for different accounts. - Participate in regular account reviews both internal and external - Collaborate with partners (IT/Ops/Finance/legal etc.) on different initiatives. - Support Business strategic decisions by providing meaningful and accurate data analysis - Designing end-to-end processes to deliver the best-in-class experience for both internal and external stakeholders - Review processes periodically to ensure that they align with current business requirements - Analyze data to develop plans to improve processes whenever required Data Management Activities: - Ensure all the Data is confidential and the relevant stakeholders get the right set of information not less not more for their day-to-day operations - Maintain and update Data Usage guidelines SOP across the vertical Essential skills and attributes for success : - Problem-solver with a penchant for data and insights - High attention to detail - Empathy and active listening skills - Strong bias for action - Strong interpersonal skill sets and ability to resolve conflicts in challenging business scenarios - Ability to influence senior stakeholders through persuasive logic and reasoning - Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
