About the Roles and Responsibilities :


- Understanding and ability to design and execute employer branding programs at top Management, Engineering and Business Universities/Colleges.

- Conceptualize and implement strategy to improve talent quality index. Must have experience of running campus hiring programs for functions like, Sales, Marketing, Technology, Product Management, Design and Data Science.

- Create and implement University Programs to attract and hire talent at Graduate, Master and Doctorate levels from Premier and Tier 1 colleges.

- Build the Zolostays employer brand at colleges and universities.

- Understanding and ability to drive end to end process

- Design, execute on-boarding & training plan for campus hires.

- Define checkpoints, ensure compliance, share regulars dashboards

- Design process map and recruiting SLA's.

Desired Experience and Background :

1 Should have connects with MBA Colleges + Graduation Colleges

2. Good Connects with Premier Institutes as well as Tier 1 & 2 Institutes

3. PAN India Campus Hiring

4. Campus Hiring for a minimum period of 5 years outs of overall 10 years exp

5. Ability to hire 500 to 800 campus hires

6. MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute
