About the Role / Responsibilities:

- Develop a robust and transparent reporting mechanism.

- Create dashboards for all the teams to measure their performance / output

- Automate processes to make systems more efficient

- Decipher & Present data to enable decision making and identifying areas of concerns

- Develop a system to manage tickets in a more effective & efficient manner

- Spend analysis, city wise product wise cost comparisons, category wise spends

- Track & report cost savings month on month

- Should be technically sound in Business analytics/ reporting tools

- Understands the reports and then highlights the issues to the concerned teams and can manage stakeholders.

Desired Experience/ Background

- UG/PG with 4-6 years of Analytics experience.

- Should have worked in startups and has sound working knowledge with BI tools like MS Excel, Power BI or Tableau, SQL and Statistical Analysis.
