Role Review

In this role, you will be an integral part of Business Teams working on a variety of growth strategy assignments for the company. You will be involved across different facets of Strategy function across strategy development, business analysis and change management.

The incumbent in this role will have exposure to the strategy lifecycle starting from market research, data gathering, financial analysis, business case development and recommendations to managing complex programs.

Role and Responsibilities

- Strategy development, including project scoping, financial and business modelling, strategic options identification, consensus building, and implementation

- Evaluate the performance of current business operations and recommend strategies and tactics to achieve business goals

- Creating internal decks for, leaders as well as external consumption

- Develop analytical frameworks to support the company in new markets and products, drive analysis that could lead to innovative projects

- Owning organisation-wide problem statements and gathering primary & secondary research to devise an overall strategy to solve for it

Background/ Must Haves

- 8+ years of relevant work experience in business analysis.

- Ability to structure the problem and provide meaningful solutions. Understanding KPIs, Metrics, Building Story out of data is a must.

- Knowledge of tools such as Advance Excel, Power BI, Tableau and SQL for performing data analysis.

- Startup Experience would be a plus.

- B.Tech/B.E + MBA
