Position: City Head - Real Estate Acquisitions and Account Management
Reporting to: Director - Growth ( BU/National Head)
Core function/deliverables :
1) To Onboard RTMI (Ready to Move-In) properties
2) Maintain a healthy funnel of Leads (Properties) aiding the Growth plan
3) Successive Onboarding of the Asset partner(owners) via various contracts via coordination with both internal and external stakeholders
4) Negotiations from time to time depending on the business decisions made across time and successive Modification in contracts via addendums.
5) Relationship Management with Asset partners
6) Guide/coach a team of associates to achieving the above deliverables
7) Aiding Asset partner and resolving any transactional queries
Working experience in Real Estate is preferred
Previous working experience with Developers in the city
Previous working experience with IPC's
