Role Overview : We, at Zolo,are looking for a Manager - Talent Acquisition for handling complete leadership hiring across all cities in India and supporting Zolo's aggressive growth plans. The candidate will partner with business leaders and CXOs to identify and strategize their short term and long-term hiring needs and support Zolo's 5X growth over the next year. The role would involve building effective candidate generation and sourcing strategies for niche positions. The ideal candidate comes with 6+ years of strong talent acquisition experience from an aggressively growing / fast moving organization and a strong educational background with excellent academic scores. About ZoloStays : Zolo is a Nexus funded, series B company which provides fully managed co-living spaces which are fun, flexible and functional. We are currently present in Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Delhi and Kota, Mumbai and Hyderabad and fast expanding to other geographies. Founded by alumni of IIMs, IITs, AIIMS, ISB, we are at a team size of 500+. Our managed co-living solutions are looking to elevate the traditional paying guest accommodations/hostels, and offer all kinds of basic and luxury living amenities with a promise of high quality. Some of the prominent features include fully furnished rooms, hygienic and healthy food, daily housekeeping, internet facilities, security and a vibrant community. We are now looking to aggressively expand our operations in existing as well as new markets. About the Role / Responsibilities : Own the leadership hiring vertical at Zolo - Develop and execute complete recruiting plans - Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation - Conduct analysis and report key recruitment metrics to appropriate business leaders - Build a talent pipeline for future by proactively mapping/sourcing candidates - Map similar and relevant companies to understand organization structures and accordingly align Zolo's hiring needs - Maintain active relationships with external vendors and agencies to fulfill hiring needs - Conduct regular training for the team on new hiring standards and protocols KPIs for the role would be the following : - Ensuring key leadership closures within the stipulated timelines and budget - Achieving key metrics and ratios in talent management - Process adherence and timely reporting - Building and managing a team of recruiters Desired Experience / Background : Prior Talent Acquisition and Management Experience : We are looking for candidates who come with 6+ years of experience into hard core talent acquisition. Folks from aggressively growing companies with an executive search firm background would be given strong preference. Educational Background : MBAs from top tier institutes would be preferred Remuneration : - As per market standards, Industry standard (Depending upon experience)
