Role Overview:
We, at Zolo, are looking for a motivated and experienced professional who can spearhead our Inside Sales teams, pan India. The ideal candidate should have at least 6+ years of experience in managing tele sales in the context of Education, Retail, FMCG, Telecom or Insurance industries. He/She is expected to play an end to end role in managing demand for all properties of the cities and maintaining high occupancies in those properties. He/She would work closely with the Head-Customer Experience and the Leadership Team at Zolo in driving all the Sales & Marketing activities. He/she should have good problem solving and analytical abilities and fluent in working with any CRM.

About the Role / Responsibilities:
The role of the Manager - Inside Sales would encompass the following:
1. Aligning and coordinating with central online marketing team: Define marketing and promotion needs of the city for digital marketing activities, to be run centrally by digital marketing team.
2. Lead generation & sales conversion: Identify the right channels and source various sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails
3. Sales training and monitoring: Make sure that the property as well as office-based teams are thoroughly trained for customer centricity and sales conversion; monitoring and driving their performance.
4. Data analysis and insights: Measuring key metrics and insights to drive improvements, efficacy of campaigns vs targets achieved. Every initiative should have a forecasting of the customers targeted and a detailed analysis of the actual customers converted.
5. Team managing and reporting: Building the right team and managing them to ensure that the monthly, quarterly and annual targets are achieved
KPIs for the role would be the following:
- Meeting occupancy targets for all properties across India
- Efficiency of lead generation through online marketing
- Efficiency of lead conversion through on-site effectiveness
- Pricing management for all properties
- Process adherence and timely reporting
