- Good communication and contract drafting skills are prerequisites.
- Candidate should be able to identify business risks and suggest steps to mitigate them, should be able to prioritise conflicting assignments and enjoy working in a team.
- Strong research and communication skills and good command over Contract Law and Property Law and the ability to interface with people across all levels in the organisation.
