Job Description:  Zolo (www.zolostays.com) is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager (5-9 years) who is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has prior experience of managing the entire finance function of a company.  Primary Responsibilities:  - Overall planning, coordination, and execution of accounting practices and procedures  - Finalization & Consolidation of Accounts at Group Level on Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Basis; Monthly review of Accounts to ensure improvement in the quality of accounts and Detailed Monthly report  - Implementation of SOPs for annual and quarterly closing of books and Tax Audit purposes  - Planning & coordination for smooth & timely completion of Statutory/Tax & Internal Audit  - Preparation of Yearly Budget & Rolling Forecast  - Resolution of Cash Flow Issues - cash loss funding and cash flow forecast on a monthly basis  - Ensuring minimum differences between reported numbers based on MIS on a monthly basis with Audited Quarterly Financial Numbers  - Preparation of tax computations and corporate tax return with help of tax consultants  - On job training to direct reportees for development of a good & stable team  Primary Requirements:  - The candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant  - Minimum Prior experience of at least 3+ years as a CA is mandatory  - Excellent knowledge of Excel and Tally is a must  - Prior experience of managing reportees is a must  Remuneration:  - As per market standards Please apply with the link.
